Private Lessons

Different practices suit different individuals, so depending on who you are, you will have the opportunity to learn practices tailored to your needs.

Private Lessons are consultations focused on actively teaching and learning practices of meditation, qigong, and/or martial arts.


There are many styles and systems of meditation, qigong, and martial arts. What’s important is finding what works for you and your goals.

In-person is always best for adjusting postures, but there is a lot that can be taught and conveyed through live online lessons as well.
